No-show, Late Cancellation
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel/ change services or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 3 hours notice. You can call us during our opening hours or leave us an email just4ubeautylimited@gmail.com outside of our working hours.
By booking with us, you agree with our policy: Any cancellation/changing services or rescheduling made in less than 3 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. Your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. If you have more than 2 no-show/ late cancellations, we won’t be able to accept your future booking until the cancellation fee is paid. Please make sure that you choose and book the correct services. If you are unsure about the service, please give us a call. For example, if you book for Spa Pedicure and Manicure but decide to only have a Spa Pedicure on the day, the 50% price of the Manicure that you booked will still be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Late Arrival
To be respectful of other guests and their scheduled appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule or forfeit part of your service and will be charged 50% of the service. Hence, please be on time for your appointment.
Gift Vouchers
Unless otherwise stated, Gift Vouchers remain valid for a period of 6 months starting from the date of purchase. They are neither refundable nor transferable. However, if needed, any treatments specified on the voucher can be exchanged for other treatments by providing advance notice. If the cost of the new treatment is higher, the difference can be paid at the time of the appointment. Otherwise, the remaining balance will be retained as voucher credit to be used before the expiry date.
Refund Policy
Once a treatment has been received and paid for, we do not provide refunds. If you are unhappy with the treatment in any way, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably before paying for the service and leaving the salon. You must notify us of any concerns no later than three working days after receiving the treatment, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
At Just4U Beauty, we may offer to redo your service at no additional charge if we deem it appropriate. We may request that you return to the salon for us to evaluate the issue and collaborate with you to find a solution. Any complaints received after 72 hours since your last appointment or if you fail to follow the proper aftercare instructions will be subject to the full-service fee.
Theft & Damage
If a customer causes damage to furniture, equipment, or products at Just4U Beauty, we reserve the right to claim financial compensation. Additionally, any theft incidents will be reported to the police by Just4U Beauty.
Warranty
If you experience any chips in your gel polish within 5 days (or in your gel builder/ Apres gel/ acrylic/ dipping powder within 7 days), please send us a photo with us to our Facebook page or email us as soon as possible. We’ll fix the affected nails for free within 3 days. After that period, a nail fix fee will be applied.
Please note that this warranty will be void if:
– The nails are done at another salon.
– The customer works with harsh chemicals.
– The customer accidentally breaks their nails.
– The customer bites or removes their nails intentionally.
– Home care advice from our salon is not followed.
